Federation of the European Sporting Goods Industry
The Federation of the European Sporting Goods Industry www.fesi-sport.org FESI is one of the founder members of EPSI. FESI represents the interests of approximately 1,800 sporting goods manufacturers (85% of the European market) through its 11 National Sporting Goods Industry Federations and its directly affiliated member companies. 70-75% of FESI’s membership is made up of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises. FESI also includes some of the most renowned global sporting goods brands such as Adidas and Puma from Germany and Diadora and Lotto from Italy. In total the European Sporting Goods Industry (EU25) directly and indirectly employs over 640,000 EU citizens and has an annual turnover of some 65 billion euro.
FESI is a member of the World Federation of the Sporting Goods Industry (WFSGI).
FESI has gained an important knowledge in co-sharing responsibilities in different European project. Inevitably due to its associative nature it focuses on the dissemination of knowledge, results communication and business exploitation
