The “EmpowerHer” project focuses on supporting breast cancer survivors through tailored exercise programs and social support, addressing their unique post-treatment challenges. This initiative integrates a holistic approach by combining physical activity, emotional support, and community engagement to improve survivors’ health and well-being. Delivered through an intuitive mobile application, the project empowers survivors with personalized tools and resources to rebuild confidence and navigate their recovery journey.
Inspired by European priorities for health promotion, “EmpowerHer” leverages innovative technology to promote healthy lifestyles and offers scalable solutions for enhancing the quality of life of breast cancer survivors across Europe.

Project Objectives

  • Develop a mobile application enabling personalized support and continuous engagement.
  • Facilitate a network of health and wellness practitioners trained to support breast cancer recovery.
  • Strengthen data-driven insights for advancing breast cancer survivor care across Europe.

Project Activities

The “EmpowerHer” program includes:

  • Personalized exercise routines that are adaptable to the physical capabilities of survivors, promoting strength, flexibility, and endurance.
  • Motivational tools like progress milestones, social challenges, and uplifting messages to encourage ongoing participation.
