European Week of Sport

Let’s #BeActive!

From 23 to 30 September, let’s #BeActive! Millions of people, sports professionals, enthusiasts, experts and associations from across Europe – and beyond – every year come together to take part in one of the biggest sport initiatives in the world: the European Week of Sport.

Led by the European Commission and co-organised by national coordinators and sport partners all over Europe, the Week promotes an active lifestyle through a variety of celebrations and events. Launched in 2015, the #BeActive European Week of Sport was created in response to the worsening inactivity crisis to contribute to the well-being of European citizens

Who can participate

The Week is for everyone – regardless of age, background or fitness level – and helps individuals, public authorities, the sport movement civil society, and sports organisations from the private sector collaborate in the field of sport.

EPSI is partner of the European Week of Sport

since its first edition.
