As the EPSI Annual Conference 2025, named “Sports & Nature: The Arctic Innovation Adventure”, approaches, we are proud to announce three new strategic partnership agreements that will further expand EPSI’s global reach in the field of sports innovation and business development. These collaborations mark a significant milestone in our mission to connect ecosystems, investors, and innovators across borders.

The first agreement will be signed on 29 October with Mike Yang, Founder & CEO of AquaBloom International Sports Technology Group (ABSG), a leading Chinese company specialising in fostering innovation within the global sports industry. This partnership symbolises EPSI’s growing presence in the Asian market, opening doors for cross-continental collaboration and new opportunities for European SMEs and startups. On 30 October, two additional agreements will be formalised with Audra Elena Shallal, Board Member of EBAN – European Business Angel Network, and Jesús Contreras, COO of 28 Digital, representing EIT Digital. These partnerships strengthen EPSI’s access to the investment, digital innovation, and startup acceleration landscapes, enhancing value for all members of our community.

The same day, the conference will host an exclusive Panel Discussion with EPSI Strategic Business Partners, moderated by Samir Ceric, EPSI Steering Committee member. The session will explore the sports investment landscape, from private equity and SPVs to emerging markets and digital innovation. Panelists will share insights on how strategic capital, data, and technology are reshaping sport as a global asset class. This high-level exchange of ideas and experiences reflects EPSI’s ongoing commitment to building a strong, interconnected European ecosystem where sport, business, and innovation come together to create sustainable growth.
